PSYBRIXtm services include advanced product development and research services in both Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in advanced alternatives to conventional AI. PSYBRIX services address several AI forms:
- Conventional LLM-based ‘generative AI’
- An advanced powerful low-resource intelligent agent with human-level intelligence, HLI.
Conventional LLM-based ‘generative’ AI has great utility even with its limited level of innate intelligence. Generative AI responds to questions based on statistical word-usage patterns in its training texts. It has a semblance of intelligence, but this AI does not innately make trustworthy decisions. It has excellent text lookup and regeneration capabilities but with minimal cognitive ability.
We have decades of research in systems using human-level machine intelligence (HLI); it is based in linguistics rather than in statistics. HLI has a compelling value over conventional AI (and machine learning): HLI’s minimal need for electrical power, compute capacity, size and weight. Agentic by nature, HLI has understandable intelligence.
PYBRIXtm product development services for AI and for HLI treat HLI as a fixed “black box” of software with strong cognitive abilities. These are coupled with suitable Subject Matter Expert (SME) training that interfaces with real-world systems. The “black box”, SME training, and API interfaces together form a neurictm agent. Neurictm agents can be tasked to monitor, assess, evaluate implications of things, propose, prognosticate or propose future outcomes, and other normal human-level tasks. These agents can readily be tasked to inter-work with other neurictm agents as part of a larger system. This is a highly scalable “system of systems.”
PSYBRIX services include research and/or development of a variety of sensor interfaces that detect events or conditions in the external world. These services are applicable to regimes such as:
- Intelligence analysis
- Machine control
- Fiscal markets
- Identification of 2nd– and 3rd-party emotion implied by text

PSYBRIX product development services and related research services include research and development of expert intelligent agents, which can be trained to specific tasks in ordinary English. PSYBRIX services include the development of Subject Matter Expert (SME) training content that defines a trained neurictm agent, and to verify the quality and performance of the trained neurictm agent against the original intent of the training.
Rather than needing a warehouse of GPU-based servers, neurictm agents can run on a small server composed of a quad-core Arm processor with 8 GB of memory and no GPUs, for both training and for operations.
