An Understandable Alternative to AI
A consistent-meaning-framework (CMF) refers to a form of dictionary containing narrowly-defined meanings.
Most English words have more than one meaning. For example, “which” has more than 6 readily-identifiable meanings. Each such meaning is a unique concept, even with the same spelling.
Unlike a normal human-readable dictionary with its unlimited ways of defining a word meaning, a meaning in a CMF requires exactly one objective and one subjective connection to another concept or term. No sentences are involved in this definition.
As such, a Consistent Meaning Framework is a truly machine-readable dictionary.
